Delivery Policy

1.        Delivery Service

  • Delivery service is available for purchase within Malaysia (West & East Malaysia)
  • Your parcel will be delivered using PopoMama's appointed delivery courier company
  • Once order and payment are made, you are not allowed to change the delivery address unless there is a special case
  • Delivery orders will be delivered within 5 working days
  • Delivery charges will be calculated as below:

2.        Delivery Time

  • We always strive to provide the best to delivery your orders as soon as we can.
  • Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays during office hours

  • Please expect delay in shipping due to large volume of orders. However, we will try our best to delivery as soon as we can
