PopoMama 前身为 PopoMama 月子餐，我们致力于通过创新的经期护理产品和坚定不移的教育和宣传来彻底改变女性健康。
我们的口号是“女性健康第一”，我们承诺在所做的每件事中都将女性健康放在首位。从产品创新到社区推广，我们致力于改善经期健康和幸福，并相信每个女性都应该获得安全、有效且有益的经期健康解决方案。
我们的目标是创造一个人们理解、尊重和支持月经的世界。在 PopoMama，我们不仅致力于提供产品，还致力于赋权、教育和宣传——因为女性的健康永远是第一位的。

PopoMama started with fun & interactive workshop for mums and dads, providing educational information for healthy pregnancy and confinement - featuring Cardiologist, Dietitian, Nutritionist and Food Technologist.
January 2020
Delivered our first confinement meal.
November 2020
Established Malaysia's 1st Fully-Enclosed, Hygiene-Controlled Confinement Food Central Kitchen.
February 2021
Voted as Best Confinement Food Delivery Malaysia, Baby's Talk Readers' Confinement Food Central Kitchen Choice Award.
December 2021
Interviewed and featured in mainstream media including Nan Yang Siang Pau, Oriental News Daily, BMF89.9.
January 2022
Successfully concluded fund raising via Equity Crowd Funding ("ECF") with Ministry of Finance as one of the shareholders.
March 2022
Launched the world's first of its kind confinement food ERP system allowing online and at roadshow fully-customisable confinement meal packages ordering online.
November 2022
Launch of PopoMama's product series online and at roadshow.
November 2023
Listing of PopoMama's beverage series in over 1,000 pharmacies and retail outlets throughout Malaysia.
January 2024
Driven by miss to end period poverty, PopoMama founded MHO to empower girls through menstrual education.
July 2024
Our products are listed in major PopoMama new core products pharmacies in Malaysia, including Watsons, PopoMama Health Lane, and Alpro. They will also be available at Watsons Singapore starting in July 2024.
August 2024
MHO and PopoMama Period Depot were introduced at PopoMama first media event.
September 2024
Proudly supported MHO by sponsoring the Moonlight Melody Charity Concert, uniting 700 attendees to raise awareness and funds for period health.
