退款政策


1.        Return Conditions and Processes

  • You may request to return any Products you have purchased within 7 working days of receiving the Product at your delivery address for any of the following reasons:

(a)          the Product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description on the Website on the date of purchase, or

(b)          the Product delivered is expired or damaged

  • You may only return Products that are:

(a)          unconsumed, unused and undamaged

(b)          in their original packaging

(c)          unopened and unmarked, and

(d)          returned as a whole and not broken into parts

  •  For health & hygiene reasons, some Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • To proceed with your return request, you must notify PopoMama by email at anytime@popomama.my within seven (7) working days of receiving the Product at your delivery address. Upon receipt of your return request, PopoMama will review your return request and at PopoMamas sole discretion, decide to:

(a)          replace the Product with a new item

(b)          give you a full refund for the Product

(c)          credit your account with the value of the Product, or

(d)          inform you that your Product is not eligible for return

  • PopoMama will confirm your request for a return through email and upon receiving such confirmation, you may return the Product by dropping it off at PopoMama’s office:

33-1, Block C2, Dataran Prima,

Jalan PJU 1/39, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

  • PopoMama must receive and approve your return request before your return can be processed.

2.        Exchange Conditions and Processes

  • PopoMama may allow for an exchange of products on a case-by-case basis.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of any delivery and/or collection services that may be incurred in the process of completing the exchange.

3.       Refund Conditions and Processes

  • PopoMama may cancel an order if the Product (or promotional offer(s) involving the Product) is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. Refund will be credited into the initial payment method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, depending on the duration your financial institution requires to arrange for the refund.
  • You cannot cancel an order once a Dispatch Confirmation is issued. If you wish to seek further information or assistance, please feel free to contact us. Refund for the product can be arranged if the conditions in paragraph 1-3 above is fulfilled. you are entitled to choose between an exchange of the product if the product is available in our stock, or for a refund to be made to you through your initial payment method after 7 – 14 working days from the approved return date.
  • Products returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price which you paid at the point of ordering. Products to be returned must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with all gift items (if any) together with proof of purchase (original receipt or delivery note). Otherwise, the retail value of the gift item(s) would be deducted from the refund. Items purchased as a set must also be returned as a set.

4.        No Obligation to Refund or Exchange

  • PopoMama reserves the right not to accept any requests for a return or exchange, and retains the discretion not to provide a reason for PopoMama’s decision
  • Without prejudice to the foregoing, PopoMama reserves the right to decline the return request, for any of the following reasons:

(a)  The Product(s) is not returned in satisfactory condition in its original packaging, or

(b)  The Product(s) has been opened, used or otherwise tampered with to the extent that it is no longer in a saleable condition

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Products marked or otherwise indicated as Final Sale or other similar expressions are not eligible for return or exchange
